I have this indescribable fear of the world. I could not tell you if it is rational or irrational. Societies current operations make that statement difficult to clarify. People's motives push that difficulty further. As societal norms grow darker and colder. I begin to lose the bright vision of myself I once had. These feelings engulf me. They make me feel like I'm drowning. I want to cease reach for humanity. The disappointment, unbearable.   I thrash my way above this sea of despair. Directing my eyes to the stars.
